Our History
Though I started Caliber Specialty Solutions, LLC in 2018; I've been working in family owned businesses since I started working in 1982. I worked in my parents pizza restaraunt in Chattanooga, TN while also working for a neighboring business called BAF. BAF sold blinds, alterations and custom picture framing. While working at BAF I found designing and building picture frames very enjoyable. Also, my time working in our family restaurant taught me how to manage a business.

Though I enjoyed my time working at BAF and our restaurant, I decided to join the U.S. Navy in 1985 and became a Cryptologic Technician Operater. After active duty, in 1989 I joined the Navy Reserve in Phoenix, AZ. and a few years later in 1992 I opened Archives Art and Frame in Chandler, AZ, specializing in consrvation and archival framing.
In a short period of time my small location needed to be enlarged so I moved the shop to a larger 2500 sq ft location in Mesa, AZ in 1994.

Unfortunately in 2002, due to the events of 9/11, I was recalled back into the Navy and had to close Archives Art and Frame. Since 2006 to 2018, I used my extensive military training to work for numerous military contractors until I again opened a business in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. Caliber was started in October of 2018 and since then we've been growing to fit the needs of our customers.
